Individual Nutrition Services

We provide personalized 1:1 nutrition support for clients aged 13 and older, including guidance for:

  • Weight concerns

  • High cholesterol

  • Diabetes

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

  • Celiac disease

  • Gastroparesis

  • Constipation

  • General nutrition education

At this time, we do not take younger children as private clients. We believe younger children benefit most when nutrition changes are guided by the adults caring for them. Healthy eating habits in children are shaped by the family environment and the way food is presented at home. For younger children, we focus on supporting the adults, because meaningful change often starts with parent modeling, routines, and attitudes around food.

We encourage parents to address their own nutrition and wellness needs alongside their child’s, creating a positive, sustainable environment where children can thrive. For this reason, parents of younger children are encouraged to schedule a visit for themselves, allowing us to address parental nutrition, family dynamics, and the home food environment.

For younger children who require individualized or specialized care, including feeding disorders or complex nutrition needs, families are encouraged to speak with their pediatrician for a referral to a pediatric dietitian who provides one-on-one support for young children.
