Jennifer Carlson is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with nearly 15 years of experience. She has worked one-on-one with hundreds of individuals of all ages, guiding them toward optimal nutrition with expertise and compassion.

After earning her master's degree in nutrition from Framingham State University and completing her nutrition internship at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Jen began her career as a clinical dietitian in Massachusetts, serving patients at Framingham Union, Leonard Morse, and Milford Regional hospitals. She later transitioned to Worcester Recovery Center & Hospital, where she provided specialized nutrition therapy for adolescents and adults with diverse behavioral health needs. In 2021, she founded Peace & Power LLC, formerly known as Peaceful Nutrition™.

Beyond her work in nutrition, Jen is a certified yoga instructor with extensive training in various disciplines, including Embodyoga (200-hour training) and Kundalini yoga (Level 1 certification). Her continuing education spans trauma-sensitive yoga, Holy Yoga, mindfulness coaching, yogic cognitive behavioral therapy, yogic science for habit transformation, yoga for eating disorders, Ayurvedic nutrition, prenatal yoga, and kids' yoga. She remains dedicated to deepening her studies with the goal of becoming a Yoga Therapist.
