Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness.
This yoga practice helps you connect with the unique and Devine wisdom inside you. It’s a great style of yoga for anyone who tends to over-think and is looking to get out of their head. During each class you have a chance to turn inward, tune out external noise, and focus entirely on yourself. Many people report having a calmer mind as well as feeling uplifted, inspired and energized after class.

Select between a gentle or challenging practice.
GENTLE KUNDALINI: This class is taught at a slower and more gentle pace, with less intense positions and movement. Light stretching, meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation are the focus.
CHALLENGING KUNDALINI: This moderately active and challenging class combines breathing exercises, yoga postures, repetitive movements, meditation and mantra. There are times when it will challenge students to hold postures for several minutes at a time.
KARMA KUndalini
These Kundalini Yoga classes are offered as Karma Yoga practice. This practice can help promote positive feelings like humility, kindness, compassion, honor, gratefulness, generosity, love, and joy. Karma yoga is said to reduce and remove negative emotions like envy, hatred, fear, greed, selfishness, and jealousy. Each class is taught on a donation basis. A portion of all funds collected from each class will be donated to NamaStay Sober.
